2. Ordering process
- The customer submits an inquiry by website, email or phone.
- GKTECH confirms product code, specification, quantity, price, tax, availability/lead time and other relevant terms.
- The customer confirms the quotation/order or signs a contract where required.
- GKTECH arranges delivery and transaction documents according to the agreed terms.
The website does not represent that submitting an inquiry form automatically places or pays for an online order.
3. Pricing and payment
Official price, VAT, freight and payment terms are those stated in the applicable quotation, order confirmation or contract. Customers should only remit funds to payment details shown on official GKTECH transaction documents.
4. Delivery
Delivery method, destination, cost and lead time are confirmed for each order. Customers should inspect quantity and packaging condition upon receipt where practical.
5. Returns and non-conforming goods
Return requests are assessed based on the cause, product condition, packaging, lot/batch, storage conditions and the agreed order terms. Chemicals or materials that have been opened, mixed, used or improperly stored may not be returnable except where goods are defective or applicable law provides otherwise.
6. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted to gktech@gktech.vn or 03 6262 1886 with the order reference, photos and a description of the issue. GKTECH will acknowledge and coordinate the review within a reasonable period according to the nature of the case.
7. Technical support and product conditions
Warranty, shelf life, storage, handling and technical-support conditions vary by product. Current TDS/SDS and terms stated in the quotation or contract are the applicable references.
8. Inspection on receipt
Customers should check quantity, product code, packaging condition and visible transport damage on receipt where practical. Any visible discrepancy should be documented promptly with photos or delivery records so it can be reviewed.
9. Order changes or cancellation
Changes to quantity, specification or delivery schedule after confirmation require mutual agreement. Custom-ordered, imported-on-request or specially prepared goods may have limited cancellation or return options under the accepted transaction documents.
10. Regulated goods
Where chemicals or other goods are subject to sector-specific controls, their purchase, transport, storage and use must comply with the relevant legal requirements. GKTECH may request information reasonably necessary for compliance.
